Associated Property Management knowingly breaks the law
I have personally witnessed a property manager employed by APM committing a crime. A supervisor at APM's office has stated to my husband that they "had to" break the law, otherwise they would have lost some money. APM knowingly and willfully disregards the Residential Tenancy Act as well as the Strata Property Act. APM chooses to encourage residents to sue them, rather than simply resolving the issue at hand. APM's owner openly mocks residents who are experiencing severe interference with their right of use and enjoyment of their strata lot.
